In all my years sending puppies away from home I haven’t had a smoother, easier experience than with Marlene Weiss She stated clearly what paperwork was needed by what dates, answered any question I had within five minutes or less of receiving them and did what she said she was going to do when she said she were going to do it. It was too easy! When I met Marlene at the airport to drop off the puppy, I felt like I was giving the puppy to her new owner, she was so excited and happy to meet us both and the puppy loved her. Even with a few airline snags Marlene emailed me happy pictures of the puppy playing and still being a puppy, that really set my mind at ease. This is the way transport should always be handled!
